Eddie Mendez has built a distinguished career in the architecture and construction industry since 2002.  Throughout his career, Eddie has worked with several prestigious firms where he managed and produced projects across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality. He is currently a Senior Member of the MSA family, where he has been a key contributor for over 11 years. At MSA, Eddie has led the development of a diverse portfolio of projects, from low-rise to high-rise multi-family residential buildings, mixed-use developments, and commercial structures throughout South Florida.

In addition to his work in practice, Eddie is deeply committed to education. As a former professor at Miami Dade College, he taught courses within the Architecture and Construction Management programs, mentoring and preparing the next generation of architects and industry leaders.

  To date, Eddie has successfully developed, managed, and delivered hundreds of projects, including more than 30 large-scale multi-family residential developments totaling over 9,000 dwelling units—at MSA alone—for some of South Florida’s most prominent developers.

He is known for his leadership, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to his clients.

When he’s not working, Eddie enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, seeking adventure, playing sports, and capturing moments through photography.
