Vicky is the heart and backbone of our office, seamlessly juggling roles from counselor and human resources expert to the head of the complaint department and office mom.  With a keen eye for numbers, she’s also our “glorified bean counter,” ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.  Whether it’s keeping an eye on office morale, overseeing 50+ team members, or rescuing orchids, Vicky does it all—and wouldn’t have it any other way.  She started her journey with the company as an Administrative Assistant and worked her way up to become Partner + CFO, where she brings her unmatched organizational skills and dedication to creating an efficient, supportive workplace.  A proud graduate of FIU with a degree in Marketing, Vicky ensures every aspect of the office runs like clockwork—while keeping things fun and personal.
